Study Commencement Notification
Members of the public were notified of project commencement through a ‘Notice of Study Commencement’ published in the Ottawa Citizen, and Le Droit on Thursday, July 27, 2017.

Online Public Information Centre
An online Public Information Centre (PIC) is currently being held to provide members of the public, external agencies and other interested stakeholders with the opportunity to review the proposed design, anticipated environmental effects and the mitigation proposed to address potential adverse effects.
PIC materials are posted directly on the project website, and are available to download for off-line viewing. Display materials for the online Public Information Centre can be found here.
You are encouraged to review the PIC materials and provide any comments or questions to the Project Team via the Contact Us page by January 31, 2018.

Upon completion of the detail design, a Design and Construction Report (DCR) has been prepared and filed for a 30-day public review period. A Notice of Submission containing the dates for the review period, as well as the review locations, has been published in local newspapers and posted on this website. Interested persons are encouraged to review this document and provide comments by May 17, 2018. The final DCR is posted on this website here.
